Very nice! Looks like a double unit. What's the cost per sq ft in those developments?

Well I finally got through all 310 pages of this thread. Fantastic garages which have given me inspiration for the home we'll be building in Boise. Thanks everyone for contributing, posting pics, plans and linking resources. This has been great...

if anyone needs any of my aluminum print photography for their garage, feel free to reach out and we can chat in more details. I know some members have randomly posted throughout this thread. Happy to help. So many of these garages look incredible!

These pictures are awesome. Thanks for the inspiration!

Any best practices here for finishing an exposed step foundation in my garage and making it look nice? Right now it's just exposed and the finish of the cement is fairly rough on the foundation part of my garage walls. I'd like to find a way to make it blend in and/or look nice considering I will have the floor tiled or epoxied and the walls above the step foundation will be drywalled and finished.

Thank you!

Teracota tiles with a nice bullnose edge, or timber cladding ?

How big is the exposed foundation? is it equal everywhere or 'running out' ?
Size has a bearing on what will work.
I was thinking some sort of tile?? I know that this picture is step's but you get the idea?
You can get plank/timber effect tiles etc. loads of designs and ideas with tiles.
Other idea as I said is real timber cladding of some sort, rustic, polished, pine, limed oak???
The choices are endless
