currently I have fluorescent flush mounted, I presume there has to be a junction box up in ceiling as I don't see plugs out of existing fluorescent.

Cabinets, Saber = check. Floor, Swisstrax = check. Lights will get installed this week and then I will take some proper empty garage pics. A few more things to clean out as well.
