Well, I'm pretty sure that the official final clip from the Porsche Driving Challenge comes out tomorrow.
Until then, I got sent some cell phone footage which I edited together into an unofficial preview of the finish of this thing. I hope you like it, but I can't imagine you'll enjoy it as much as I did.

Thanks.
Both of the 911Rs I've driven have had the radio and AC -- so I haven't driven a true flyweight version. The first one had the single-mass flywheel. I'm not sure if the second one did or didn't. The second one had the front lift, which came in handy in the mountains for turn-arounds. The first one didn't. Both had electric motors in the seats, which I'd try to chuck if I owned it (what, I'm going to let someone else drive my car? ). Both cars were '000' cars, which I think means they get taken apart as soon as they've served their purpose -- which is a shame.

Do you think they are still developing the R as I find it extremely strange how not one Journalist has yet to deive one but to only be party to a passenger ride?

^ most ppl just TALK and can't Walk.
they want LWT with luxury.
you know like dude ranch and camping with generator to run radio, TV and coffee machine.
i just drove a 964 with no AC no radio no heat no gps no rear seat 980 miles in 2 days to attend luftgekult.
let's all pretend how MINIMALIST the R is....
whatever.
