Ah, off course. I make that mistake myself all the time. 2:34 makes sense at Spa. Look forward to the video!

Awesome thread. You inspired me to sign up for a Nordschleife trip for next year. It is with Ross Bentley, Tod Roberts and Ron Simons who will provide sim coaching in advance so I'll be somewhat prepared. Hope my wife is as tolerant as yours.

Cup-times @ Spa are more 2.23-2.24 with Pro-Drivers...

I'm doing 2.28-2.29 there. Still something left but okay for me

2:34 is a very good time in Spa, Peter, congrats'!

As a reference point, my best time with 997.2 GT3 RS 3.8 liter was only 2.45.8 and I know that it was already a very good time with this car.

No mass confusion; I did 2.44,s at Spa and there is a lot of room to goo faster in stock 991RS.
1.43's at Red Bull Ring...

Nononono, I managed only a bunch of 2.43's at Spa and there is a ton of room for improvement left. 9 seconds appearently. Waiting for that video!!

At the Red Ring I ran 1.43's much easier track and 1.42 was in the cars but a sub 1.40 would take me another weekend at least! At the Red Bull Ring CUPs run 1.34's

The Red Bull Ring is much easier to go close to fast than Spa!

Just arrived at Hotel Le Castellet, 11 hours straight from Munich with 1 diesel stop.
Mrs TRAKCAR is learning why I sip water on the road
Nice here, right next door to Paul Ricard and the sun was out when we arrived and looks good for the rest of our stay:

Hotel Le Castellet is very nice, I stayed there 2 years ago for a Mc Laren invitation on the Paul Ricard track. You will enjoy the track too!

I feel better now if you managed 'only' 2:43-2:44 ...

Honestly I cannot believe in the 2:34 in Spa with a stock 991 GT3 RS, but also waiting for the video evidence

Looks beautiful here. We're doing a fine job of disturbing the peace at the hotel LOL. No access to the track till 16:00 but will see if we can take a peek again later :-)
