So thorny question... how do you like the pdk and paddles?
Have you yet missed the stick and clutch pedal since you mentioned you hadn't early in the thread.
You look very smooth as does the car... looks like lots of time/speed to come.

My video's always look smooth, I'm lazy no movement unless absolutely needed. The car is moving around, I think I have to be a bit harder on the brakes and at turn in. The car will take it. I'm just going a bit too smooth maybe.
Anyone know what a decent laptime is here?
Just want to go fast enough to understand the track and line.
Not a quick enough learner to get all of it together in a day.

The Sports Cup the guys where running 1:40 (with the RS) but it was very hot at that time and it was the first time they where out in an RS. So a bit faster when cool like now should be possible.
Fastest GT3 was 1.42. I was "only" able to do a 1:44 in the GT3. So you are getting the rythm

I am judging your perceived smoothness by the steering input and corrects/wiggles seen when cars get very mobile when pressing on... especially Jorg setting the production car record @ Blister Berg where theres LOTS of inputs 
Glad you are enjoying the trip and the car and the pdk isn't hampering things.
I am guessing the car is VERY entertaining and the phrase we all heard about the pdk making driving like a video game and boring doesn't apply...

Great stuff! Love that area and always wanted to drive the track. Should still called it the Oesterreichring, not named after a telecom company ( or steak sauce... )

It was dry the entire afternoon :-)
Ran a bunch of 1:43's but this was the best one.
Had varying passengers all day, good fun. Finally got some clean laps when they threw a red flag because one driver had cars pass his girlfriend either the words on their lisence plate "Will" "you" "marry" "me" one word per passing her car
Anyway another perfect day by Mr Purple :-)
