So basically the car come in
White $0.00
GTSilver $0.00
Purple $3140
Orange $3140
Black $5500 "PTS"
Yellow $5500 "PTS"
Blue $5500 "PTS"
And PTS, also $5500 from a list, so not really PTS at all either, if you are OK to wait for a mystery delivery date?
The other guys do it better.

Trying to stay cool in Germany!
PS 'Black' (solid/uni) will be available on the MY2016 991 gt3 RS. 'Black' is a 'standard' no cost option on most Porsche models. But it's a $5500 option on the 991 gt3 RS, where it's considered 'PTS' for just this particular model. The one positive is that the time it will take to get your RS painted this color (or 'Racing Yellow' or 'Miami Blue') is expedited. So 4 weeks instead of the normal 12 or more weeks delay from your initial dealer allocation's build date. Capisce paisan?

I want to give a special thanks to my friend Daniel (<3mph) for not only holding the PTS fort...but actually providing great details & background information on the topics above. I will double check at some point with 'Porsche Exclusive' in Zuffenhausen to make sure the photos I took correspond to 'Fashion Grey' and 'Grigiocampovolo'. And if we need to make corrections, I will do so. Nothing I hate more than misrepresent an actual Porsche color to our readers. So thank everyone for bringing this to my attention.
If you could get a comparative picture of the currently available light and medium non metallic greys, it would be much appreciated;
grauschwarz / Grey Black 7A1
grigiocampovolo / Grigio Campovolo Y99
helloxfordgrau / Light Oxford Grey Y62
modegrau / Fashion Grey 61H
perlgrau / Pearl Grey W00
schiefergrau 6601 / Slate Grey 6601 615
schiefergrau RAL 7015 / Slate Grey RAL 7015 Y97
steingrau / Stone Grey Z67

You think?

Thanks, d00d. I & others have covered the subject of these particular colors (except perhaps 'Pear Grey') in a number of threads in Rennlist in the past. So perhaps you can do some 'search' on each. And we have some 'breaking' news coming up on the elusive 'Slate Grey' Y97 versus 615.
However, if I actually had a paying gig with 'Porsche Exclusive', I would gladly interrupt my current European vacation and give you a full comparative analysis in short order. Easy Peasy. And paying customers in theory have access to that service from 'Porsche Exclusive' in Atlanta or Beverly Hills right now!

I don't think you can not go wrong with either 'Miami Blue' or 'Ultraviolet' on an RS. But it definitely takes more self-assurance & being totally comfortable in your (male) gender if you choose 'Ultraviolet'.
So, Reter, we do understand...and know 'Miami Blue' is perhaps more suitable in your case.

It is just that now, because we think this Uni color looks like 'Miami Blue', it might be an actual representation of that color. And it is not...just a 'dummy', as you put it. And the represented PTS metallic color reminds people of 'Arena Red'. But it's just an illustration.

LOL, no change for Trakcar.
Eduardo for President.
No answer, no result, no advise but wrote im going wrong either way and calling me gay leaving the explanation / covering of remark open for interpretation with my geographic location.
Still going to own the FedEx Light. But Miami Blue would be fitting.
I'd struggle with wheel color on Miami Blue car..

I already asked.
I think I'd stick with the Matte Aluminum Maybe Platinum wheels, but Platinum wheels automatically don't match the uprights or black trim stuff.
Its possible to get the Matte Aluminium look on a PTS car but its another few thousand and complicated, needs approval bla bla. Hard to swap wheels and uprights I guess. So I already decided that if I could get Miami Blue by September 24 (We'll never know, Eduardo wont change it for me) Id just buy the Matte Aluminum stuff after I get the car.
