Anyone else have these show up? These are caused by small pebbles getting caught between the rotor and the pad?
On both sides?

Theses grooves are on all 4 rotors, some less so than others. The only work I had done before the two track days was new tires mounted and balanced by my dealer (they price match Tire Rack and charge $40/tire). The only other possible issue are the holes are full of dirt, so did some it come out and get between the rotor and pad?

Was you last couple track days on a track with a lot of stones? Seems like this could happen on the street too.

I did two days a The Thermal Club, a spotless track. I had a couple of minor offs, only one of which went into dirt/bark. Here is a pic of one of the rotors October 13:

Get your dealer to do a density test on your rotors. if they are still in spec keep running them. I just replace my front with OEs, $5250 each, +$1300 air freight, otherwise 3 to 4 week delivery. Unbelievable, no CCB rotors in USA.

Yea I'm going to get as much out of these as possible. I wonder if anyone has done RB's rotors?

I have never had this problem with almost 1600 track miles, but I have ripped up the barrels of the wheels on the front; not much space between the caliper and the wheel.

991 GT3 (C-L) pccb replacement made to the exact OE specs but with Surface Transforms discs* are in stock - ready to ship.

*Review the manufacturing process between ST and Brembo and learn why ST discs are stronger and can last longer than OE discs.

RB is a brake engineering company with 3 decades of experience. The owner is a degreed mechanical engineer and has owned 3 US patents in brake designs.

We usually only provide our design merits and fundamental information on material science and physics for consumers to read and learn themselves. So you will not see any marketing material from our website/forum, only track users true feedback and comments.

RB is the only brake company has a public forum where consumers can learn and ask for new products, and provides feedback.

We use the same CCM-X discs as MovIt, AP & Alcon - All made by Surface Transforms in UK.

The only difference is we design and tool our own hardware and rotor hat, and we stock these discs in our Fullerton, CA facility for a quick turn around w/o having to wait for months to deliver from UK.

Our disc refurbishing turn around is 2 weeks from UK, and costing around $450+/- per rotor (plus shipping) and the process is highly reliable. (Just done one complete car set for a GTR customer originally purchased from Stilien/AP).

Since we buy bulk so our price is always much better than others.

Here is a thread in McLaren forum discussing about different generation of ST disc comparing to OE CCM etc.

But you can't refurbish OEM carbon rotors right?
