Nice, thanks for posting
Took the car to Sonoma Raceway yesterday. Came back with a new PB lap time of 1:47. I still love this setup. The car is very easy to manage at the limit. I still love the MPSC2 over the trofeoR. My prior PB at Sonoma was on cup2 running 1:49 in damp conditions. On trofeoR I couldn't get past 1:51. My lap times are MUCH more consistent with cup2 over TrofeoR as well.
Video of the run. Not a good line, but the car felt goood.

Have you considered trying a set of slicks?

I haven't for a couple of reasons:
1) I know I'm not near the limit of what the stock tires can do. I want a lower time to be because of my driving, not the tires
2) slicks/r7/r6/etc aren't available in the sizes you would need for stock wheels
3) 19" wheels require some small modifications and the clearance between the wheel and the rear LCA is uncomfortably small to me
4) If I do run slicks, I won't go back
5) Higher stress on the car, brakes, and my wallet

^ LOL, I've considered trying slicks, and haven't done so for the same reasons. But the temptation is certainly there ...

Plus, with slicks you can no longer drive to the track and you start the whole towing / trailer mess...
