They were supposed to do the same on the 997's as well but 2 would die on lap 2 and the rest would die soon after or stopped giving real pressure.

Driving them easy on track or on the street, they worked 100% very accurately all of them all of the time, just the track heat or whatever made them not work.

Do we know if these are now part numbers for the 991?

I had problems with the sensors on my 09 Cayman S. First I'd get a low tire warning and then a flat warning. The problem would go away after the car sat and cooled. Next session same problem. I didn't have this issue with my 09 Carrera S, 11 GTS or 10 GT3 (only 2 sessions).

Last time I was out I did 17 laps, started off at street pressures F/R 29/32 warm street. Ran the car around 3 laps, the pressures build to 34/40 by the time I came back to the pits. Bled, ran the car till it was 28/30 HOT. A few laps in had a slide and pressures spiked to 28/34 and a few corners later came back to normal 28/30. It was working through out no problems. I don't know what the part number is. Maybe someone better informed can help.

Make sure you have sound on right at the VERY beginning and don't miss the first few seconds!!!!! Our very own Rennlister, is blazing fast and flies by, SCREAMING!
(BTW, I know the camera placement sucks. Tried something new, but won't do it again.)

Here is s short clip from the 48 hours at Sebring earlier this year. I have a ton of videos from those four days, but I'll be rendering them with car data and posting them as soon as I'm done.

Been having some crazy weather in Atlanta, but this afternoon was picture perfect at Road Atlanta, particularly with my half cage, 6 pt harnesses and track alignment in place! Will get some better audio tomorrow. Couldn't get a single clean lap, but this is as close as I came.

rm21,

nice work , that is such a great track , only ran with Chin one Thanksgiving
weekend a few years back,
Were you in auto mode ? Or are you manually shifting ?
How much did you change the alignment from stock set up if you care to share ?

I agree that Road Atlanta is awesome. I was in auto mode - hard to shift better than the computer. The stock alignment was around 1.8 camber all around. I'll need to double check, but I think they set it up for 2.7 front and 2.4 rear, front toe 1mm out and rear toe 3mm in. The alignment changes helped quite a bit, but the high speed braking and turns are still not ideal. My Crawford wing arrives in a few weeks, which should help settle the rear end. Still running stock brake pads, but they are almost shot and I'll be replacing them with the PFC 11s after this weekend. A clean lap with my current setup should be around 1:34 and I think the wing and pads should get me to around 1:32-33.
