sorry for such harsh evaluation ,you are right on the time line ,
if I weren't so eager for some details on production ,
I perhaps wouldn't feel like Schultz from Hogan Heros

With an official recall notice from Porsche through the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration anyone that experienced a critical failure during a gathering of GT3 owners for a "GT3 drive day" would likely have difficulty disavowing knowledge of the recall and making a successful warranty claim.

Once put on notice you are accountable for your actions. Ignorance would not be a viable defense.

We're all annoyed. Thankfully my work is so busy, I don't have time to think about it. If Porsche doesn't come through........."thirty days in za cooler!"

Lutfhansa isn't helping. Pilots went out on strike. They say for only three days but who knows. Our engines may be sitting at the Stuttgart airport for quite awhile.

Beginning to wonder whether this car is indeed cursed.

Yep.. I'm too busy too. Time flies w/ work and staying away from the Forum.. I survived 40+ years w/o a GT3.. Whats another month or to.. We are turning in to cry babies. -- Just don't read about local PCA track day events. I need practice w/ normal 911 anyways so I don't end up like that South Africa GT3 test.. I never thought a little street legal car could give me a challenge, like my 0-60 2.5 Mbikes.. but this gt3 looks like a contender LOL..

Mixed feelings about doing a 2,000 mi break in of under 4,500 rpm. AGAIN. Will go read the thread.. I Know. but dang.. Just drives me nuts that Euro has no break in, and US has 2k miles. maybe cause US has 4year warranty.. and just a legal card to hold.. So.... that would be terrible if it's just a legal paper work political maneuver. Think of the man hours they are stealing.. Hmm.. wish I knew.. -- do they pull up the ECU in a warranty claim and see if you went over 4,500 rpm during the break in..?? sounds more like a corrupt chicago way to grub for $...
