Stop Sale?

As I recall seeing in prior shipping photos, this is how the chains link to each car through the wheels to mount the cars in place on the shipping vessels to prevent movement in unsettled waters. The chains go through the wheels to secure, thus requiring the puncture in a position of the sealant.

I've actually met Tim Quinn before he's a decent guy. Does anyone here think its a bit unreasonable to demand/expect action so soon? How long do you think it takes to investigate, identify the problem, engineer a solution, produce the part, test the part then have a repair plan in place? Nobody expected this. Those who want to jump ship, I doubt Porsche will have trouble selling your allocation. I think about Porsche Automobiles all day, I dream about them, the first memories in my life are of my dads 912, should I be mad my car is sitting in Germany awaiting a new motor? I cant imagine demanding time and engineering move faster than possible. Some things take time, its like the people who demand we cure AIDs today, science takes time thats just how it is. I'm sure Porsche knows their reputation is at stake here and they are moving as fast as they can. Its a business and they dont make money by not selling cars.

That said, I know I'll never even come remotely close to that edge in the GT3--but with NA engines phasing out, I'm going to enjoy it while it's here. Correction, WHEN it gets here...

I don't think anyone is asking for a definitive solution this very moment. In Tim Quinn's last communication, he stated that PCNA would be in touch with owners within three weeks (which I believe is today). I think most here are just asking to be kept up to date on what is happening, and are asking more for transparency rather than a rushed fix. Further, it was Tim Quinn in his letter setting the expectation for everyone here in his letter. By not replying today, PCNA is merely failing to meet the deadlines they set and communicated to everyone.
I'd like to hear something as soon as possible also, but he still has a few days in which to communicate something and still stay within his stated timeframe.

I received my email communication from Tim Quinn on Monday, 3/17/14, which was two weeks ago yesterday. In it, he said, "We will be providing you with additional information within the next three weeks." I'd like to hear something as soon as possible also, but he still has a few days in which to communicate something and still stay within his stated timeframe.

With KERS and other hybrid tech trickling down to the GTR and likely 911's and the like in the near future, the performance envelope will be pushed forward.
