I think the giant spoiler and all the fender ducts are enough.

It does look good and I would be tempted, though the corner pieces look a little awkward compared to my 997.1RS ( which I am hanging onto as a companion to the new car)…

The 996RS ( pic beside my Gen 2) had fadeout decals….

I completely agree. This thing needs a grapics package like an alcoholic needs another bottle of Scotch.

Would it still be worth it to get a GT3 RS for street-only use (i.e. the car will never see a track) or will a Turbo/Turbo S be a better option for this situation?

My opinion is Turbo S unless you want the racer look of the RS's wing and vents. The Turbo S in a brighter color is no wallflower either.

I'm really just getting mine for the street though it will be my backup track car if my track car has a problem early in a day I'll probably run a few sessions in it.

We're also very close to the era of nothing but hybrids and turbos - get em while you can and enjoy them. Turbos aren't going anywhere...

Wink

You got that right. No more air cooled. No more sticks. No more normally aspirated engines. Keep a couple in the garage if you can!!

Do the race seats fold like the 997 ones?

Nope, they don't fold but can come a fair way forward for storage.

Right, I remembered someone who looks nothing like me getting in the back behind the seat.

Thinking cheap harness bar for Europe to attach harness and still throw some bags in the back.
