The car looks great. The track performance will be there. It will be faster that a GT3. If you have the money you buy it.

Highly doubt PAG waited till tonight to set the price and had their employees spend a week to read 300 pages of inter web non sense to come up with a price.

ok will throw in my few cents:

- no way the car is $165, that puts it within $20k or so of the average GT3 new. I think more like $180k. Hasn't the RS historically been in turbo S territory on price?

- excited about the possibilities for our GT3s from suncoast on accessories... like the carbon fiber trim weave interior that matches the LWBs, the steering wheel, etc.

- will be very surprised if there is only 10k weight difference, I don't think so, think it will be much more.

Whether its worth the upgrade, if one gets the chance, will depend to me on final particulars and pricing. If they opened PTS back up and had a 991.2 gt3 run, to me it would be a hard call between these cars. The only thing I don't like about my car is that I wanted a wild color. Its really the only thing I don't like about it. I get into it more and more every time I drive it. Think this is my favorite Porsche.

At least its no whorehouse red.

We all know red is slowest and for people who don't know cars.

See post#1.
I could have been more accurate describing the color as flower pot orange.
I actually like it because I like flower pot orange a lot, I like Dutch orange, Dutch flowers and pots.
I think orange clay pot is very good description.

I like Dutch pot too!

Too early to tell...perhaps kill is an exaggeration....
