Hi Jeff, same to you! The free service on those tracking sites only gives info from land based antennas and our ship has been out of their range for the last 2 days. Hopefully it's still on course for a 1/2 arrival in San Diego.

Thanks guys. Looks like it's 1 day ahead of schedule. Schedule shows 2 weeks from SD to cali dealer. Wow, guessing the 2 weeks if for customs etc. Is it usually really that long, or shorter, even for dealers in So Cal and Bay area?

Barring an issue like I had with my Cayenne (pre-delivery ECU recall/replacement) which kept the car in port for 3 weeks, 2 weeks seems like a long time. I think (am hoping) a week to 10 days would be more typical. Will know soon....

Mike - looks like it is coming up on Puerto Vallarta - and on schedule for 1/2 arrival in SD. Looking good!

Jeff, so it finally reappeared. Website shows it's only doing 14.8 knots. Someone call the captain and tell him to step on it!

Haha! I noticed that, too...at least we are on the home stretch...just a few more days...hope they don't take a long time in port. On a side note, my dealer told me the other day that several customer cars from his dealership that were supposed to be on our ship did not go out - some were held and did not go out as planned - he was fuzzy on details, but said it was a PAG thing. Luckily, our cars were not affected. Weird, to say the least. Wonder why.

Take this as a possibility: PNA is ahead of Budget for 2013 and is holding cars in port to deliver in 2014. Hmm

Looks like the next batch of West region cars is getting close to SD.. Hopefully they will get to the Cali Dealers a week after the ship lands. Seems like everyone is getting their cars except us.. LOL..

There has been a marine traffic update on the Lyra Leader - moving up the coast and seems like it is on time for 1-2-2014 arrival in San Diego.

Excellent. Looks like that puppy holds ~6,500 cars, so hopefully ours are near the front.. Then drive them up to LA, and SF..

Taking their sweet time. We need some Pirates to follow them. I bet they will go full speed then.

Watch there be a tsunami or something. I'll be happy when it's safely finished this last leg.. It's been a long trip. It will be exciting to see how fast they get to the dealers after Jan 2.
