Apologies for the OT but Swan is a must go based on comments here. Uni is one of my favs along with otoro, ankimo, and anago.
BTW, Sebo carries both the japanese uni and west coast uni. Very different flavors/textures.
I once celebrated landing a big client by ordering 6 live uni from catalina seafood company and had my sushi chef friend prep them. They were badazz.

I'm also a sushi/sashimi lover but back to the 991 RS...
Today I was told that at some point in its (short) life cycle the 991 RS will be offered with a manual transmission. It's from a somewhat reliable source who "overhead AP" saying it to be true. Apparently details on the new RS will be released in January or February. I'm on the top of the list with my local dealer and looking forward to something official coming out. Has anyone else heard this?

Let's hope that's true. Let's say the tranny is taken from the 3.8 s motor and built with more robust parts. Heard the PDK in the 3.8s has very little issues on track. How are the manny 3.8 s holding up? Mike
