I think there’s also a time element. Usually 3 or 4 attempts to repair the same issue OR being out of service for repair for longer than 30 days. Depends on your State. Not sure on New York (OP) and it probably also matters which State the car was purchased in.

I would have to agree with you. I don't think lemon law would apply in this case because there hasn't been multiple attempts to fix the same issue. But if it comes down to it I will find out for sure.

New York Lemon Law would appear to be on your side here. Based on your description, you could argue on two fronts: 1) substantial impairment of value and 2) 15 days without use (a maximum 45 days if parts are required).

Subscribed to this thread. Hoping Porsche is monitoring too and know that this thread is being closely watched by other owners. Porsche has done the right thing before. For example proactive replacement of the GT4 gearbox. Hoping they keep this approach for your issue.
