The 991 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...

Vulture is too kind a word to use to describe individuals like these… but I shall remain polite in the new year. Ha!
…just hope they will end up stuck with these cars!

Anyone of you guys the owner of this .2 PTS Ice Blue GT3 that's listed here:
https://www.themarkmotors.com/vehicl...tx-id-45033346
There were only 2 Ice Blue PTS GT3 made for North America - one for 991.1 (my current GT3) and one 991.2 which is apparently this one. Been looking for my long-lost cousin -
Separate question, how the hell do these guys have 6-8 almost brand new 992 GT3s for sale??? (at $329k no less...)

thoughts on this listing? 2016 Porsche 911 GT3 Coupe RWD - $136,990
looks like a couple years ago there was some purely cosmetic damage on the front bumper and possibly rear, but nothing serious per the Carfax.

As to the above…
seems priced about right for the spec and mileage.
I am wondering though if the ‘16 GT3s still had the engine issue or was that motor updated by then?

IMHO, this is considerably overpriced for an example with nearly 30k mileage, prior documented damage, and a bare bones spec at $135k MSRP. You should be able to find a ‘15 with similar mileage, more options, no damage and an ask under MSRP.

These dealers are really trying to push the prices up further on nice examples of the 991.2RS. Not sure where they are actually selling. I've been looking for a few months and still keep seeing the cars around $265-$270 asking prices sell. The others tend to sit and lower prices a bit over time. Thought I had one bought last week (accepted offer and deposit form, in writing, from a Porsche dealer) only to have it pulled in the morning due to some sort of miscommunication in Sales.... cruddy experience like that was not expected at an actual dealership. on to the next....

the market has gotten stale, it’s the same RS’s with unrealistic asking prices. What I find amazing is how they are willing to sit on a 275,000 car versus lowering the price for 6 months. Heck that money in Apple stock would return more. It’s all about roping in the one sucker. I think we are seeing a top.

100%. Same asking prices regardless of sprec. too. Non-WP cars are just as much if not more than WP equipped cars. I sort of laughed at the dealer in SF that asked for $335,000 for a week before dropping it to $299K....
