I've updated the view to now show volume on BaT based on GT3 Trim(GT3, GT3RS, GT3 T) GT3 T now has its own subsection under 991. GT3 T = GT3 Touring. Touring pricing preference is pretty crazy.
Also made another view on the 997 Market 997 BaT analysis

This listing and dealer just screams scam. All the cars in their inventory are priced way under market and I recognize some of the cars backgrounds from other dealers.

Ok back to watching this thread full time! I love my GT3 so much, BUT after this weekend at COTA doing 2 passanger rides in a RS and talking to a guy that just went from a GT3 to a RS I am looking for a RS (Also considering cant find a 992 gt3 without a 50-100k markup).

Yeah noticing lots of RS's sitting at 250-280k and not moving. Also lots of 991.2 GT3's at 200k+ that aren't selling.

I haven't watched the 991.1 3RS market closely but also seems like alot sitting in the 200-230k range that aren't moving?

my random 2 cents as RS owner. Some regular GT3s are faster than me at any track, so if you focus was just faster lap times, I wouldn't upgrade until you're maxing out your current lap times. If your focus is on the widebody, side intakes, bigger tire etc, looks and "rarity", then go for it!
