"Wholesale prices as of right now are at their peak and should start to come down,” Rahim said. “We are seeing a decelerating pace of price increases in the first two weeks of June, compared to what has been just an absolute surge.”
THAT SAID - I'm not seeing anything appealing to me under $210k - everything is a sofa, manual, aftermarket cage, or high-mileage car. Even at $30k over MSRP. Shrug.

The couple manual 991.2 posted in the FS forum over the last two days completely blows my mind. Both asking $40k over MSRP (at least one doesn’t have FAL which has typically really effected resale). Are people really paying anything, let alone $40k, over msrp for non ultra low mileage 991.2 winged GT3s?

Yeah, all the relatively crap cars are for sale because sellers are trying to cash in. Should see the 458s for sale, a lot more listings now but all crap cars asking too much. But I guess it's a symptom of peak bubble and prices will just trend down from here. A lot of new car intros were delayed but with the MC20, 296 GTB, Artura, new GT3, Huracan STO, 765LT etc coming to market, the older models will start hitting the used lots.
Chalk T (if they haven't mangled the only pic to exclude the wing as this dealer often manages to do) all desirable options, no full set of pics yet. LINK

Definitely a looker - I'm having a hard time coming around to the CF bits here and there but assuming the res is around $190 I'd say that's a fair buy in this market. I also wasn't aware that XPEL made colored or "black" PPF - to me if I was the buyer I'd likely remove them upon delivery but otherwise the car is a beautiful spec! Really hope this example isn't purchased and flipped immediately.
Super nice spec, I got in touch with him about it.... one of the few .1 RS that I would consider trading my gt3 for.
I'm placing my RS for sale on the forum first before advertising elsewhere. Car has a six year Porsche warranty good until (10/24) and the two year service was just done. This is a highly optioned spec as you can see. Car has 12k miles and was never tracked or launched. Most of the miles were dozens of trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. All work was done at Gaudin Porsche in Las Vegas. I'm also the original owner and have all the paperwork. I spent almost 10k on the following upgrades for the car. If the stripe doesn't suit you it can simply be peeled off as it's a vinyl decal. I also have the center console ring carbon trim piece. I like to swap back and forth from yellow to carbon. Message me if interested or if you need more information. Priced more than fair at $229,900 especially with the additional Porsche warranty and all of the upgrades. VIN: WP0AF2A91KS164537
Factory Upgrade parts installed by the dealer:
Yellow door straps - 1k
Steering Column Casing in Leather - 1.5k
Sun Visors in Alcantara - 1k
Vehicle Keys Painted and One Key Pouch in Leather - $500
Porsche front trunk liner - $200
Additional:
Akrapovic Slip-On Race muffler and Akrapovic Titanium exhaust tips - 4k (Installed by Gaudin Porsche).
Front PPF which includes: hood, fenders, front spoiler and mirrors - 1.5K
