Agreed, but color is totally subjective and obviously, this car and color combination has piqued a lot of interest. I think pretty much any low mileage, well-spec'd PTS Touring without an accident history will be highly sought after in today's climate.

To think this car has gone an average of 500 miles (about 42 miles a month) over the last three years is too bad as these cars were made to be driven.

Can't think of a more perfect Spring / Summer car than that BRG Speedster. Wow.

Chalk GT3 Touring with 10k miles. Steel brakes, 18-way seats, FAL, and full leather with red stitching. $175k original MSRP. Asking price is $180k OBO. Car seems waay below market value.

Good car .......clearly shows what’s out of whack when some pay 90k over due to less miles.

Lot of Touring cars at nutty prices on Autotrader, Maybe enough that supply exceeds demand and the crazy prices will start to come down?

GT3's with manual transmissions are pretty sparse though.

That right there - is a CRAZY good looking car. I think BRG fits the ethos (if that makes any sense) of an open top manual roadster, perfectly. I really don't think you should sell it

As an update, I saw them knock off $2500 or something in that range and now the car has disappeared from inventory. Would love to know what it sold for.

What be a reasonable price to expect from a 1 owner, Lava Orange, FAL, PCCB, LWB, 181K MSRP, CPO from dealer?

2018, 15Kmi, 6MT

Prices have increased and probably still increasing, hard to keep track of.

Miles? Year? These things matter!

It wouldn't surprise me to see a dealer asking $220k for that car if it's an '18 with under 5k miles. 18 months ago that car would be $170k, but reasonable is a distant memory today. The ADM's on 992 GT3 orders is only going to perpetuate the current 991.2 price madness, as there is absolutely nothing to put downward pressure on these cars. I haven't priced out a 992 yet, but frankly if I was going to spend $40k over MSRP I'd probably be shopping for that deal on a new 992 order and at least get a new car the way I want it. It seems to be a circular pricing push. Dealers can sort of justify ADM's on new orders by pointing out the current used GT3 asking prices, and the lack of 992 order availability (real or perceived) is keeping the 991 models way up.

EDIT: I think I just found that car at Autotrader, at $199,197. Less than I expected, as you can see from what I posted earlier. If there's no story there then relatively speaking that car is a pretty good deal. Considering that it seems like most of the .1 RS's were Lave Orange, you really don't see many GT3 manuals in that color. I think it's a color that burned itself out a bit, kind of like Speed Yellow did in the early 2000's.

Yes, my local Mitsubishi dealer had a 10K mile WP .2 RS for sale (220K) not unreasonable, Porsche gold coast came by and picked up the car before I could even complete my transaction and now listed it for $240K

Vin # WP0AF2A96KS164100

its shameful as to what is currently happening in the Porsche market

^^^ this. and plus, not only is the run-up shameful,... but the insurance policy carriers are not keeping pace either. I know from 1st hand experience last week, that agreed value policies are not able to represent recent values. NADA, Hagerty etc algorithms are not taking all this into account. This will be yet another kick in the nutts that will force cars to SIT in garages & not be driven. You CANNOT replace your car (for the agreed-value payout) if something were to happen. sucks.

For this reason I have been considering going back to regular insurance.
