Description:
Up for sale is my 2018 GT3 Touring in chalk. The interior is optioned as a touring should be with 18-ways, extended leather with red stitching, carbon fiber, BOSE sound system and the front axle lift system. I acquired the car from a Rennlister in December 2019 and the car had 6k miles on it at that time with up to date service records. I put another 4k miles on the car over the past 18 months mostly as a weekend driver and one road trip from Vegas to Palm Springs. I have never tracked the car and the previous owner had one autocross day. I was hoping to get a track day in before replacing the tires but it wasn't possible--more on that below. It's been an absolute joy to drive. The front of the car, along with door sills and rear quarter panels are wrapped in PPF and windows are tinted.
The car had its 10k service (with 8,173 miles on the odometer) at Premier Sportscar Service in November 2020 where sparkplugs, oil, and brake fluid were replaced. Gaudin Porsche completed an open campaign on the car in December 2020 where the airbag control unit was replaced, the DME re-programmed, and they corrected two issues I had. First, the rear coil springs were updated with the new part to eliminate a "clank" when going over speed bumps--common issue that I found the solution to here on Rennlist. And I had a vibration in the cabin that turned out to be the fire extinguisher. Everyone knows these cars can be a little creaky and mechanical but this car is dialed--as of today, no unwanted noises, rattles or mechanical noises in the cabin.
The car is rolling on brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires with less than 500 miles on them after I picked up a nail in the right rear tire a few weeks ago. I find these tires a huge upgrade over the Dunlop Sport Maxx tires that were originally on the car. Road noise is down significantly and performance is amazing, especially when the temperatures drop below 60 degrees compared to the Dunlops.
So what's wrong with the car? The car is near perfect but here's what I'd say: Like all GT3s there are the occasional rattles and creaks that come and go but the previous owner and I have been diligent about taking the car to Porsche and having everything evaluated under warranty when there's an odd sound that doesn't go away on it's own. The front lip spoiler is a little scraped up front parking curbs. This was something that I noticed when I bought the car and intended to have replaced ($400) but when the car arrived it didn't bother me so I haven't replaced it. Some of the GT3s have paint cracks on the lower front bumper from hard contact with parking curbs but there are none on this car. The car has never been overrevved--I had a PPI completed by Cantrell Motorsports in Bellevue, Wa when I bought the car and the report was clean then and it's only been driven by me since with no overrevvs.
Everyone's favorite question: Why are you selling the car? Well, this car was my daily driver until I moved into a new house a few months ago. I used to walk to work so I didn't need a practical daily since I really only needed to drive the car to get groceries or get to the golf course (yes, you can easily fit two sets of clubs in the back but I've only ever had one set in there, carefully packaged with towels and padding, of course). Now that I have a commute and a baby on the way (!!!) I need something a little more practical.
Pictures and service records are attached. Happy to arrange a PPI for interested buyers--there are a number of great independent shops in the Las Vegas area.

Why would you make the seller regret their decision to sell at a price that is satisfactory to all?
Why would you want they to second guess and harbor resentment?

i have about the same spec GT3 touring. an amazing car. most us have seen what these cars are bringing currently on BaT and PCar, hence people immediately offering to pay over the OP's listing price for this car. if i was going to sell mine and didn't fully know the market, i would hope someone would give me a heads up on what its value might be.
to the OP, congrats on the sale!
