I wonder what negatives there are, if any, with the car being driven so little.

Other than a waste of great engineering?

to my knowledge, the extra CPO warranty is no longer in affect if sold through another non-Porsche dealer later.

Overall, somewhat of a crappy ad with terrible color rendering.
Not exactly true. CPO status stays with the car in the dealer system. Just don't tell the servicing dealer you bought it from 3rd party. They don't check. Porsche put out the void CPO statement to dissuade 3rd party dealers from advertising their cars as CPO.

Porsche will also happily sell you an extended warranty without the CPO as long as the current warranty on the car hasn't expired if you bought the car privately. For a GT3 it's about $6k for an additional 4 years after the manufacturers warranty expires.

What 'exactly' isn't true?
Below are the facts....straight from Porsche website. All your saying is that you might get lucky if nobody finds out...right?

**This new warranty does not apply to vehicles sold as CPO prior to December 1, 2017 or vehicles with an existing 2 year/100,000 mileage warranty while still covered under the new vehicle limited warranty. This warranty is not valid if sold by any non-authorized commercial dealer or broker. If this vehicle is traded to a non-authorized Porsche dealer or broker for resale purposes, the Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty is void.

Pre-owned car warranty - warranty from Porsche Approved - Porsche Cars North America - Porsche USA

Understand...thanks for the correction.
The website linked above certainly didn't resemble a typical Porsche website and lacked many qualities common to a Porsche authorized dealer.

The original sticker they posted did not list FAL.

It does not have it according to the options they listed, vinanalytics, and it does not have the FAL button. I missed it at first but just corrected it.

I have noticed that the asking prices for 2016 .1 GT3’s have gotten pretty high. Within $15k of a similarly optioned and miles .2 GT3’s. A couple are asking $165k and $170k. The least expensive one right now is $150k and that one has 16k miles. Plus, this one has literally has no options at all.
