Black Touring with 1700 miles. PCCB, FAL, LED’s and full leather deviated yellow stitching. $178k ordinal MSRP. Asking price is $215k. Probably won’t last too long at this price, so someone better snag this one before Isringhausen does lol.
Inflation is here. It's a double whammy as car prices are increasing while purchasing power is not. If 145 is stretching, get a 2015 GT3. Plenty of car for the money.
Solid point, maybe I should stop waiting and just jump on a GT3. Sadly, good examples are 120-130k now whereas last year they could be had for close to 100k

I don't see prices coming down until at least later this year, if not next year. What I am hearing is continued shortages on materials used in auto production (mostly microchips and foam), which is causing significant slow down in new production. When will the 992 GT3's actually start getting delivered? Maybe by the end of the year, or early next year? In the meantime, everyone who wants to drive a Porsche GT car is fighting for what's already been made. So, you have at the very least steady demand, with declining supply.
Budget sub 160k I wouldn't consider .2s right now.
Get a .1 for about 120-130, newer the better, and not worry about the the miles. I think .1s are the best value currently. They went up a little, but not as much as we are seeing .1 RS or .2 GT3 or RS.
Does anyone have data on how PTS 991.2 GT3s were made.
Including the Touring and winged cars there were 478 PTS 991.2 GT3’s delivered to North America. 90 have a metallic PTS color and 388 have a non metallic PTS color.
