The 991 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...

The Touring PTS color market is through the roof. I know because I just paid through the roof to get into the nicest Porsche I have ever driven. (I have owned 997.1 turbo, 991.2 CS-Mex Blue, 991.2 Targa 4s-Viper Green and I own a 94 3.6 Turbo). There is something diff. about these cars. The drive, the understated/sleeper look etc. I have a feeling these cars stay high, especially PTS due to the overall limited production numbers and the fact that I believe the 992 Tourings are being offered PDK. Stay tuned but super happy with my purchase.
Not sure if you like him, but he has Aston's, Ferrari's, McLarens so he's qualified to speak on the subject, not to mention DD the Touring.
Also, if you follow The Drive Nation Podcast, both of the hosts, who I believe drove in LeMans, named the Touring to their Top 5 cars of all time. Give it a listen. Drive Nation All-Time Dream 5 car garage
There is something different here as you say....

And we know Isringhausen will be asking well into the $190k’s maybe around $200k. Won’t be a bargain since Isringhausen doesn’t give cars away.

Talk me out of this one? Tracked, rev range 4 over rev with 1 ignition. No CPO... I'm on the verge of buying, salesman said someone just stepped in front of me on it.. Thoughts? Move on?

i probably would offer mid-high 150s.
if it was in better condition with platinum stitch i'd go with his asking price though.

i've seen cleaner examples for that price. the buttons on the center console look rough. driver seat bolster is worn. vinyls look dumb and would have to be removed. red interior + yellow brakes seems like an odd choice.

I want it, but the track time on those brakes worry me along with the over rev 4... I'd walk away from this car 9 out of 10 times, but I just can't find a manual PCCB LWBS car anywhere.

It has PPF front clip, but you are right about those minor details... They said the stickers can be removed. I'd be switching the wheel to leather.

I wouldn’t let the salesman or the lack of supply push you into a possibly irrational purchase. Sales people pretty much always play the game of saying that someone else is interested in the car and they might make an offer.
