We may be coming to that point to sell the 3RS. I wanted to hear from the experts here on RL before listing it on the open market. I have a Lizard Green 2019 GT3RS, FAL, Yellow Seat Belts to match the PCCB, Leather interior, BOSE stereo, etc. to the tune of 218K MSRP. I added full PPF, Clearplex Windshield Film, Track Spec seat brackets on both the drivers and passengers seat, SOUL valved side muffler delete, Lizard Green RS valve stem caps, Lizard Green stitching PORSCHE floor mats (I also have the original mats as well). I have the Weissach RS black car cover, the small and large lizard green diecast models from PORSCHE, Lizard Green PORSCHE tire gauge gift from Porsche and some other 2019 RS specific memorabilia including original hardcover booklets from Porsche. I went all in, lol! I'm hoping to sell everything together. The car has just over 3300 miles on it. I just did the 2 year service with spark plug change in December. What are you guys thoughts on pricing? I appreciate the help with this.
I would say your car would bring ~$215k if you choose to sell.
Not sure many remember when the 2016 RS was selling for 300k plus, and once the 2019’s came out they dropped below MSRP. 2019’s had ADM’s at 50k to 100k, and we know where they landed. Hell it’s only money, but it’s a bubble and will come down history is a prediction of the future. I damn near paid 100k over for my Speedster as the money was burning a hole in my pocket ........guess what MSRP prevailed a few months later.
Difference now is the Touring’s are 2 to 3 years old now and getting these prices. Different than what happened when the cars you referred to first came out. I am not saying it’s not a bubble as you say but totally different circumstances.

Im not hard *** on the touring, my hypothesis is when the 992’s roll out human behavior will rule. My 2016 RS sold for over MSRP in 2018, and when the 2019’s arrived it was over. I’m a 991 fan, and passing on the 992 GT3 no need to buy it just because. Enjoy the ride ....

Agreed, prices will most certainly come down when the new one is available. I sold my 2016 RS also just before my 2019 RS came in and it went for a little over MSRP, not the numbers they were getting early on. With the 2019 RS I ended up losing a little because I decided I wanted the Touring. I was able to get the Touring at MSRP and now things are where they are. Doesn’t really matter to me as you say I’m enjoying the ride. I’m usually not one to keep switching cars, I like to keep them long term and I think that will happen now. No need to get the latest version.
There are so many great choices. I put a ton of miles on my 991RS. I switched back to the 992TTS and I am loving it. That said, as much as I try to resist I know I will want a stick shift 992GT3.
I’ve gone through my share of GT cars, I love driving the Speedster every chance I get and don’t see that changing. I actually drive the 675LT more than the RS, I enjoy both cars enough not to buy something for awhile ........my wife can’t believe it. It actually run to sit back and watch.
Been trying to find a .1 with LWBS. They are pretty rare. Wasn't planning on shopping for a low mileage garage queen but this popped up nicely specced. This is creeping into .2 prices.
What is the fair price for this .1 before it's a pass move to .2 price?
I've been seeing .1's sell for around 28-30% off MSRP but how much premium are folks putting on for low mileage garage queens? The average miles for this year is around 18k.

If I were to get .1 I'd thrash it as hard as I can while it still has warranty & be done with it with maybe1yr left, thus I see no point of getting a garage queen .1for a premium.

Agree that’s on the high side. Don’t want to make assumptions but if you’re looking for .1 with LWBS, PCCB, leather, FAL, etc. you might try posting a WTB in the marketplace. Might be someone who has a car with these options who drove it and could be willing to sell in your price range. It’s always hard to be patient when in the GT3 vortex, good luck.
