Sellers market. Inflation. Call it what you will, it wouldn't be that price if people weren't paying it. If you own a Touring now is the time to sell. Or in 10 years

It’s that price so that when they sell it for only $30k over, they can tell the buyer what a great deal they got...

Yep. My first reaction was "Are they nuts?!!" But it seems what is nuts is the market. There was a similar "nuttiness" in the real estate boom 20 years ago. Then the market went bust and a lot of investors went under water. I just shake my head.

Met the Owner, Jeff, at COTA two weeks ago. I bought my first GT3 (991.1) from them. Really good people to work with, you need to negotiate your deal though.

I remember that, next thing you know the money dries up and everything is half price. Just have to be liquid enough to make moves then.
