For what it's worth, the N0 PS4S tread width seem to have been increased to get pretty close to the N1 Cup 2s for the GT3:

Standard PS4S rear:
Tread width 11.2"
Section width: 12.3"

N0 PS4S rear:
Tread width 11.6"
Section width: 12.3"

N1 Cup 2 rear:
Tread width 11.6"
Section width: 12.3"

I had standard PS4S tires on my GTS with the same rim widths as the GT3 and the rears were overly stretched compared to the Cup 2s.

Bumping this. Getting ready to buy Michelin PS4S in N0 Spec for my GT3 Touring. But, received this warning when I checked out:

"Rear: Recommended rim range is 10.5" - 11.5" but vehicle is equipped with a 20x12" rear wheel. Fit only original equipment tires with wider original equipment wheel."

This is for the N0 spec 305/30/20 Michelin PS4S.

Anyone with experience mounting the N0 spec's on a 991.2 GT3?

Getting these installed on my GT3 which I'm about to take delivery of very soon.

Trust me, they install just fine. I've confirmed directly with Michelin. Tire Rack didn't get the memo.

The N0 spec modifies the sizing a tiny bit to work properly on the GT3.

This is slightly OT but I just mounted the N0 PS4S on my 991.1 50th, what cold psi do you guys like running for street driving?

Dealer/full load TPMS (different for GT cars which is just summer/performance tires I believe) want them cold at 36/44 which seems high to me... Has the rears getting more than 50psi hot

I just installed a set of PS4S N0's on my new '19 Touring last week. Ordered from Tire Rack - even though I had to specify that my car was an '18 to get the correct sizes to load in their configurator. I had no issues or warnings when checking out, had them shipped directly to my local Porsche dealer, and they installed them without question - in fact they said they believe these are the best road tires available for GT3's. The N0 spec has a nice "lip" next to the bead to protect the rim from curb rash. Love the tires so far - even though I haven't pushed them very hard yet...

Dealer set them to 30/36 psi cold. I'm thinking of reducing the rears to 34 per the door sticker.

The benefits of buying them from Tire Rack were: $70 Michelin rebate, no shipping, no tax, and free 2-yr road hazard replacement warranty.

I'm surprised to see some of the concerns about mounting PS4s on a 991.2 GT3. I thought PS4s (along with P-Zeros) were OEM on the GTS, which also has 12" rear wheels.

PS4S work just fine on GT3. Put em on mine when I took the snows off

My car came with Dunlop Maxx Race 2's - Only put 250 very easy break-in miles on them before swapping to the PS4S's - so I can't really draw any real comparisons...

(plus I now have a spare set of track day tires in the garage. not that there is much chance I'll actually ever use them...)

Just ordered a complete set of the Michelin Pilot 4S for my Macan Turbo (Tirerack had only 4 rears left, phew) Have to thank AMG for that, as that is the only spec which fits the Macan 265/295 21" fitment (same as on the Mercedes GLC63S), glad to have a real sports-oriented tire for the 'truck'!

Put PS4S NO spec on my 991.2 GT3 until the dryer weather comes to the Pacific NW this spring when I'll put the Cup2s back on. Have done a wet day and a dry day AX and a wet day and a dry day HPDE. Great tires IMO, particularly in the wet. No fitment issues. On the dry HPDE day found hot pressures of 33 front / 37.5 rear to work well.

Your statement reminds me of an incident that happened a couple of weeks ago while I was driving down the expressway in a heavy rain. Speed limit was 70 but I slowed to around 65 because of the rain. Everyone typically does 80 in dry conditions. With PS 4S tires I had excellent traction in the rain, but not so with a Corvette I passed. He was about a half mile ahead of me when I first saw him, and I could tell I was closing in on him quickly. So I moved into the left lane and looked into his car as I passed him. I'd estimate that he was going around 40, and the look on the driver's face was one of sheer terror. Just wondering what tires he had, but whatever they were they were terrible in the rain.

Just had them put on the touring with my new HREs. I have 12 miles on the tires now so I'm very qualified to say they're amazing.








JK, I have no clue, but my research led me to these for street and mountain driving.
