I recognize I'm probably 5-6 years late to this party, but man, really glad I made it. Some early morning shots from the water cooled Porsche corral at DRT weekend:

Gents: looking for a set of silver or satin aluminum stock wheels. If anyone that has upgraded wants to sell the stock set, please DM me. Thank you.

JAB….maybe it’s the colouring or simplicity of the picture in your avatar but that your car sure looks good.

Thought about it but want to preserve originality of the factory set. I'll take satin aluminum or silver. Thank you.

You bought that 993 well but I think I got my C4S for $41K in around 2011/2012 (Nurburger can correct me if I'm wrong since I bought it from him). It was in the 30s mileage wise then too (70K+ and growing now).

My F355 (which I only bought about 4 years ago or so) has also roughly doubled since. The 80s/90s cars have done well.

That's crazy isn't it?

And the funny thing is when I bought mine, it was on the high end of the market and I had regrets for missing out buying one when it was in the 40k range. The appreciation on that car has been incredible.

An Agate 991.2 GT3 touring with PCCB's in good company surrounded by multi million dollar cars. I would love to visit DK Engineering one day.

@inspire it was on the market for 1 day with no photos. Local to me so it was a no brainer for many reasons except the price.

I've already posted a few times in this thread, but wanted to post up some pics after dropping the ride height. I dropped the car 6mm and added some camber. There is no loss in ride quality. The car feels just a little bit sharper. All subjective of course. More to the point, the car sits nicer.

The stock alignment was a bit of a mess. Not unusual to see this from factory is what I've gathered. Some of the improvements may simply be due to a corrected alignment. I changed the camber from -1.3 to -1.6 and I set the front toe to zero. Nothing dramatic.

There is a lot of variance between GT3s. I've noticed the Tourings often sit higher than the winged versions, particular in the rear. I wonder if Porsche sets ride height different between these models. It's a subtle change, but it's something I notice and I'm happy with the modification.
