Was passing by Porsche Greenwich and saw this .2 GT3 in the window. I'm not sure what green this was. Kinda looked like olive. Took the pictures through the glass so it's hard to really tell. My guess is they are asking $30k+ ADM on this one.

But I do agree with you that availability is significantly up and will continue to increase. There seem to be plenty of .2 GT3s on the market and should drive down ADMs.

I try to keep posts based on real transactions as to not hype up the market.
Been offered two .2RS allocations at $20K over.
Been offered 3 Manual GT3 PTS for $10k over.
these were cars at dealers modicum to High spec.
pdk MSRP.
GT2RS, seen real transactions $50-$200 over.

Haha in my experience, Porsche of Greenwich would keep that car forever before selling at $10k over. Car is for sale, asking 'market price' $35k over. Color is Auratium Green, and has somehow become available from a previous custom order. $10k would be a fair offer in my book (but life is often very unfair).

My guess is that it is mark starr’s car of hunting ridge motors. Auratium green. Per instagram. Any PTS GT3 6MT for $10k over please PM me as I am looking for a friend. Anyone has a 2RS at $50k over I am a buyer.
