just curious CJ, how much more are you guys selling used manuals over pdks these days?

Here is today’s nationalpreowned CPO ADM list. Not sure why I do this other than OCD (I am not looking to buy a GT3 as I already have one on order). Some notes, more cars popping up with 4K, 5k, even close to 10k Miles (the inexpensive PTS MT is the olive green one and has ~8k and was driven in snow per Instagram). Getting real close to advertise MSRP on cars with PDK and miles. MT still commands a bit of a premium, still just mooty’s old touring, few new PTS cars for sale. Still lots of (IMHO) unrealistically priced high spec, high ADM builds for sale. Last point, some of these cars (especially the PDKs) are now a year old (or close).

this should be a link to the build sheet (shows 161k MSRP but I think that is before the $1050 delivery and $1000 gas guzzler). Cohesive, reasonable build.

I compare the advertised price with the build sheet MSRP which is linked on the nationalpreowned Porsche CPO website. There are four others on the website but have no build sheet or the wrong build sheet.

Note all of these are being sold as used cars (some presumably with CPO). There is no customer facing way to search new cars from Porsche.

Hard to say for sure because these are advertised prices and, having been following it for a while, a lot of the same cars are still for sale. I think a lot of dealers are happy to sit on the cars to drive showroom traffic. The ones at a good price ($10-15k ADM with low miles) and not a high MSRP to begin with seem to move pretty quickly, especially manuals. The high spec, high ADM just sit not surprisingly. What’s most surprising to me is the lack of tourings for sale. I know of two that previously sold and there is mooty’s car. There seems to be very few available. Why, I don’t know. People keeping them, not a lot built? More coming now-end of production? Who knows.
