I was contacted by my SA (Andrew Stevens) at Porsche of Tucson this morning and told that they have a 991.2 GT3 that they are willing to let go at msrp ($176,160). Options include
Carrara White Metallic, PDK, Extended fuel tank, 18-way seats, PCCB, Front Axle Lift, Sport Chrono and a lot more. I purchased an 18' Macan GTS from them this year and had a great experience. I just purchased a 997.1 GT3 last month so not in the market for this car, just thought I would pass it along. Andrew Stevens is the person to ask for. Can't speak more highly of my dealings with him.
Shame that car just went straight to a flipper. Exact same car is being listed for $192,500 at 50 miles...
I was offered a 30K ADM then the games began.......I have not seen anyone, except VIPs have to pay less than a 50K ADM.........the other issue is people will not always be forthright about the ADM they actually paid.......what's the French word for that? Oh yeh, B***s**t.....
I have turned down several at under 50. Was offered another 40 just today. 35-40 not hard to find.

Great....PM me the dealership and SA and I will pass it along to a friend. Seems that the ADMs are starting to get in the GT3 range, and maybe better than the GT3 touring in some cases. I wanted an earlier build date so I am happy with my deal. What is remarkable is there are 2016 991.1s that are going for 25K to 30K* over and they have those potentially troublesome engines (<G05373) without the DLC coated cams requiring engine replacement in some cases. Plus they are nearly a 3 year old model with less attractive design, love those Nacas, and 20hp less. The issue I have with the low mileage 991.1 is I often wonder if they were thrashed at the track from day one in anticipation of an early flip........food for thought.
GT3RS - I know of a $20K over ADM from a SoCal dealer to a non VIP but industry (aftermarket parts) guy. It's not available (he is buying it) but it is a data point.
Fantastic for him but as for two other data points....I was promised a allocation with late November delivery for 30K over where the SA was on a fishing expedition only to find out the sales manager suddenly went on "vacation" and was unavailable for at least a week so the deal could not be sealed.........then the true ADM reared it's ugly head. Then I know of a person who signed a deal for the 3RS for 25K over only to have the dealership renege and do to the renowned dealership ADM shuffle. My dilemma is there are probably people that are getting great deals but I am not a VIP and I don't want to take thousands of dollars in losses in buying numerous models from the dealership to become the coveted VIP........my point is that even the VIPs are paying a premium in the form of multiple car purchases and associated resale losses.
The problem I have with "some" of these dealerships is it's true I was born on a day but it wasn't yesterday
I wish all those getting these calls with deals would post an actual contact/number instead of the vague "I got several offers under $X", so others who are looking can take advantage. Isn't that what this thread is for?
I have a 2018 GT3 in Racing Yellow. PDK + Sport Buckets. CPO Warranty. 2700 miles - never tracked - traded in for GT3RS allocation. Front clip of the car has clear bra. PM me for more details

Seriously. Then they just come back and argue when we try to decipher their ranges. More of the same games like when people ask others to PM them for their secret inside deals.

Did I read that correct specced with a 16.9 gal fuel tank? If that's the case my offer is nothing. What was the MSRP so we can figure out the ADM?

My guess is it is just posturing to try to lower ADMs. A noble cause, but I doubt dealers are that stupid. I doubt they go "Oh X and Y posted they got several calls for under $50k, should be true, let me lower mine to $40".

Pisses me off too. Vague is the mind game they play.....still waiting on the illusive deals after requesting a PM. I feel if you want to wait 2, 4 or 5 plus years and kiss the dealerships **s and wait for illusive great deal or MSRP GT deal more power to you whether your 40 or 60 years of age I feel if you have the money go for it NOW. We are all on a limited time horizon +/- . Plus even after you buy those many lesser cars from the most holy Dealership and kiss their **s they have more excuses then a criminal going to jail when it comes time to get you a place at the head of the line for the GT car.........
I have noticed quite a few GT cars specced with a fire extinguisher....is that for the race car effect or do these cars frequently burst into flames? Looks like a pretty awkward position for the passenger.

Just has the cool look factor and is one of the cheaper options out there for the car.
