Can you post post some close-up pics of the material you have? Is it Pepita or Houndstooth? I remember that even the aftermarket Exclusive Option couldn’t match the factory texture, so curious to see what that England source is offering. Having seen the factory Houdtooth in real life, each thread is thick and intertwined in a way that makes the pattern. It’s not really cloth...

I order pepita from surrey fabrics, garry.. in England for my spyder. I have to admit that the fabric was quite thin and probably not up for automotive wear like I would have liked. It looked great and I never had an issue with it, but I spoke with a fellow rennlister recently who had ordered the Lakewell stuff and thought it was tougher material.

Vcode and production date? State for your dealer? Thanks for the info!

Wow, three more new orders for the list! Graham posted the delivery of his new car that wasn't on the list- his other order on the list I assume is still pending since he has a full CXX interior...

Thanks again guys!

Montoya - sorry about that. I didn't get the production date/code, was just told my PTS order received final approval and was slated for an August delivery. Dealer is a Michigan dealer, and I am in Birmingham, MI. Thanks for compiling this huge list!!

Default Pure Green Y56

So my order locked January 24. Luckily, PTS and all CXX was approved. However, I didn’t leave anything to chance and keep in contact with both my SA and PCNA on a daily basis- almost. Both were super responsive and great to deal with. Color will be Pure Green Y56, new color approved in 2014/15. Here are some samples thanks to a couple Rennlist members and PCNA:

NS2 did a great job with renderings and visualizing the final product:

As you can see, these colors can be very sensitive to lighting, cameras, and lenses. Have not seen the color in person, but that’s okay as long as it’s green As of yesterday, still on schedule for late June delivery.

Where/who do you call at PCNA to talk about PTS or CXX?

Thanks

Great build. Love it with Chrome trim and silver wheels.

Porsche Exclusive can answer all your questions. Have your commission number handy.

Ideally you want to talk to the exclusive rep for your area. Yana is mine but I believe there are a couple others. Your dealer can tell you who it is.

Email customerconsultations@porsche.us

They should put with the right people to assist you. That’s the email I used when I first inquired about the process.

Call PCNA and ask for Yana in the exclusive department. Yana will explain what is and is not impossible.

Thanks. Its not my first GT3, and the Touring package allowed me to recreate the 1973 911 RS Touring look. Only thing I’ll do to it is PPF and Dundon headers with black exhaust. I don’t care about being subtle

As mentioned before, be sure to include your commission number. It will speed up the process.
