After watching all the reviews....My first reaction is...they have said something very similar when they reviewed .1 GT3.

Yes they all sound the same. I am struggling to understand why these journalists didn't go into the "first drive" more prepared. It sounds more like they are reciting the paper specs. My first question is why isn't it immediately compared to the .1? They knew they would be driving a PDK so why not throw in some comparisons to really give us something?

I thought drivetribe did a good job of describing the character of the engine and highlighted the comparatively raw feeling of the new car.

I was always a little worried that the .2 GT3 wouldn't sound as good as the GT4 (what is to me the best sounding Porsche I've heard). For the first time I'm genuinely excited about the new GT3.

Even though he's not a hard-core journalist I generally quite like the Carfection dude's reviews. This one, however, was completely worthless.

Based on reviews it seems any audio options will be a waste of money - you won't hear anything over the engine.
