I have an order, but it was hung at V070 a day or so after the order was entered. That means I'm just waiting for an allocation. Only a $1k deposit to enter the order - I'm sure the dealer will call as soon as the status changes to collect an actual deposit from me. Fingers crossed.
When we entered the order, the system had a pop-up that said Weissach wouldn't be shipped until March or something like that.
^^^Weissach pack 2RS has a carbon roof. Non-WP has the magnesium roof from 3RS.
You are correct. My comment was in regards too that I could not see the white body paint and carbon roof as in the WP and it appeared to have a complete solid black color roof. If this was a non WP the roof would be white however the mag wheels suggest WP. It's not important and could be the reflections on the roof or camera angle but what in the hell is with the white calipers ha ha
So no confirmed allocations in US yet?

I'm on the "list". The last info I got from my dealer was that Canada was getting 50 units nationwide. My dealership is guessing they will get 3 to 5. I think I'm three in the pecking order. He told me they won't have actual allocations until early Q4.

Now we're talking. I have no idea why they picked such a non-aggressive color scheme on the E3 debutante. Silver on silver wheels. Meh.
I'd love to see one in a dark gray or all black w/ black wheels of course. I don't like non-painted body parts on other colors as it doesn't give the car the hunkered down look. It just looks unfinished. My strong personal preference.
Yeah the car doesn't look right. Usually white and black work awesome but on this? Not the case. I would love to see what it looks like with black on satin wheels how I spec the car. See if it's worth the investment.
