Um.... And why exactly would you be looking out an office tower with a pair of binoculars to begin with!?

Actually, a coworker stopped by and asked me if that was the new GT3 parked. We keep binoculars for America's Cup and other water sports watching. Probably not the answer you were going for

I remember someone posted here that he saw 991 GT3s around same sport in summer. I do not know why they would be there though.

A plausible and convenient answer.....

I'd consider the above with a PDK-S, or at least try it.

Add 8 cyl put manual back to more than compensate for the weight gains, sell CS package in a box and price is 20% below the Ruf RGT8.
3100lbs, 600HP, more tq, I would have to have it.
based solely on the current market if this car will be comparable to 4.0 RS then there is no reason for a factory to sell it lower than a current 4.0 RS market price, means $300K start mark, not $150K.

will see.

There are lots of reasons:
458
12C
Gallardo replacement
etc

At the end of the day, it's still a 911 regardless of specs.

I agree. When Porsche starts to get close to Ferrari money they lose me. The GT2RS I was offered was almost as much as my 458. I love Porsches and own a couple but really?

I suspect what you mean is that when 911's get close to Ferrari money. When/if Porsche builds a non-hybrid version of the 918 I suspect a lot of enthusiasts will have no problem paying Ferrari money.

I dont think so. Isnt the current value driven by the ltd production and manual tranny?

Sorry for the OT but can you San Fran guys suggest some good eats? I'm flying my family and inlaws for 6 days/5 nights in the Fairmont over Thanksgiving (6 of us). I've done Slanted Door (over rated, will not return), Hog Island Oyster (Fantastic), Sebo (Outstanding, awesome traditional sushi reminded me of a few places in tokyo), Burma Superstar (loved this place), Yank Sing for dim sum (loved the soup dumplings). Will go to Sausalito during our trip and was going to try Bar Bocce. Maybe you guys can PM me so we don't go off the tracks here.
