They're very light and look pretty darn good. It's clear by the weight that they're truly forged wheels.

The brushed finish isn't perfect but oh well, I guess I can't complain too much for the price, so as long as they hold up. It is kind-of cool that I got to design my own center cap.

Anyhow, I'm getting Yokohama V105 tires mounted tomorrow and will post pics on the car.

In the meantime:

Very nice!

Here are some on the car pics. In some angles and lighting they look brighter. Others they look a darker titanium color.

A good neutral color and easier to clean the barrels than the old wheels.

19x8.5 - 45 offset
19x10 - 40 offset
245/40 & 275/40

These more aggressive offsets and tire sizes filled in the wheel gap a bit more, pushed the wheels out to be more flush with the fenders. Zero rubbing issues.

Overall it came out pretty good!

I'd say I got a smoking deal and thus far am quite pleased. Anticipating the quality will hold up, I'll be pleased x2. They should be fine, as this MFG makes VIA/JWL certified wheels.

Price Paid:
  • Custom Forged Wheels = $1850 delivered
  • Yokohama V105 tires (on clearance but with later 2018 date codes) = $580

Total: $2430

Looks like you got some kinda Lightning McQueen filter going in this pic. The rear wheel is egg shaped.

Dang, is THAT why the car felt funny on the road?

Yeah, something going on with the lighting or camera phone.

Going retro with Cup II wheels on my 987 Boxster. The car came with 19" wheels & summer tires. Was looking for a more comfortable ride and full all-season capability (Continental DWS-06). Added 15mm spacers on the rears to get things right. Fronts are just right without any spacers. Installed them today and took the car for a ~30 mile spin... The harshness of the 19" inch tires is gone, ride is very good, handling feels good to me.

I do not think I have ever posted them.
OZ Leggera HLT 8.5 x 19 ET 53 (5x130) --> same PCD, J. ET 2mm difference with stock
OZ Leggera HLT 10.0 x 19 ET 40 (5x130) --> same PCD, J. ET 2mm difference with stock

Stock/original center caps will fit.

Awesome choice. Been looking at these wheels for a yr now. What stopped you from going 20"? The weight of the 20" is very similar to the stock 18" CAYMAN S wheels. I know 20" is generally discouraged due to weight, but OZ offers similar weight as the stock 18" porsche wheel, with a +2 inch diameter gain.

Also, is your setup flush to the rear fender? How would you modify the offset to achieve the flush look?

One of my tires completely blew so I'm looking to replace the wheels and tires soon (as it's my daily)
