981 Sport Chrono Retrofit part 2: software side

It shouldn't matter whether PIWIS 2 or 3 is used. The data exchanged with the car is the same. I think something was changed by Porsche in 2014. I don't know anyone who managed to successfully unlock it after 2014. It didn't work for me with PIWIS 3, 2014 981 without PASM either
It would be nice if everyone who made it could write what year their vehicle was built and whether PASM is installed.

Which month of 2013? From what I've seen, late 2013 production cars are unable to activate SC.

The sticker inside the drivers door shows the month and year of production. Mine is a January 2014 build date and I was not able to activate the SPORTS PLUS function with PIWIS and a hacked code, but I am aware of at least two with a 4/13 build date and possibly a 7/13 build date that were successful in activating SPORTS PLUS. So my theory is that somewhere mid to late 2013 Porsche made a change that locked out activation of SC on 981/991 cars not originally equipped with it.

I want to give this a try on my 991.1S using Thinkdiag and I'm wondering what service you used to get the code for programming and what type of activiation code you requested. Did you request SC activation code or is it a generic activation code that is used to turn on any feature on the porsche just based on the cars VIN?

Very strange thing happened this morning. I've been all over the car looking for sports plus activation using think diag for a while and it started working with morning with no code. I'm still using stock switch console so I've had to replace switch button functions for testing. 2012 991.1S
1. I coded the PSE valves to button #2 on the right (previously coded to auto start/stop) and this is working as expected. Opens valves when button is pushed and turn on when ever Sport or sports plus is turned on.
2. Coded sports plus to the 2nd botton on the left (previously coded to PASM) and this turns on sports plus on cluster as well as changing engine/PDK settings. Shifting happens at redline.
When I turn on the Sports Plus button the "sports Plus" display comes up on the cluster, the car ECU/TCU change to sports plus mode but I'm not seeing any changes on the PCM or SC clock so I'm assuming the change has not been applied to the PCM. Any ideas?
