Thanks Chris for the mags, I read 3 while in the hospital. The surgury was a succses but it did take 4 hours. I currently cannot sit without a donut and I can never ride a bike again. In about a month time the Urologist will remove the tubes and I will feel a thousand times better than I'm feeling right now. I am not too sure about having a get together now so soon. I have lost alot of stregth but if I feel up to it, a party could happen at the end of Jan or early Feb.

Heath update
During my stay at the hospital my big toe started comming back. Yea!

While doing a little 968 research, I came across this. Glad to hear your ok and the surgery was successful. Best wishes for a speedy recovery and painless peeing.

wow. just read the entire thread... you one lucky dude. someone upstairs loves ya... not being able to ride a bike is inconsequential considering what you have gone thru... being able to walk and drive is all anyone can ever ask for...

speedy recovery.

Thanks everyone for your kind words. Sh*t happens to everyone and some more than others. I'm not going to sit around and cry about it, I know that I need to move on and I'm living like that. I'm feeling better everyday and I can't wait until I have another Porsche. I hope to see as many of you as possible at the next party I set up.

I've decided to postpone the party till Feb 9th or the 16th. The post surgury sucks. I have TWO foley bags and walking around the house is near impossible. My daily activities include: reading the magazines Chris and Arash gave me, playing Rock Band, and internet college. I will have the tubes removed on the 4th and the 6th of Feb, so I'll be on top of the world that weekend. Hopefully this will give enougth heads up time for you guys.

I just re-read most of the responses and I couldn't help but breakdown and cry.
You guys have helped so much with your kind words.

Please please anyone who can come down to see me on the 9th of February at 11am. It will be held at my old job Round Table Pizza 140 Browns Valley Parkway Vacaville, CA 95688. I'd love to buy pizza for everyone but funds are low. (havn't worked since Aug)

Oh, please do your best to come. I really want to see your car.
Yes, I was a PCA member under my father. I am the owner of the coveted #968 as shown in the pic. That pic was taken 11 days before the accident.
