Photos aren't much to look at but something seems to be up with some of the panel gaps.

It is hard to get an idea about the car from the small lower resolution photos. Something seems up with it. The car might have been sitting up on the market for a while as it seems vaguely familiar.

RoW (Swiss market) GP White/LTS Wine Red ‘92 3.3. Auction lists it as a ‘91, but COA says it’s a ‘92. Has X33 powerkit, sport seats, and shows 48k km (30k miles). Goes up for auction with Gooding and Company at Amelia Island.

That is interesting. With a production date of 5/92 and initial registration of 10/92 along with the option sticker showing 172 this is clearly a 92 and not a 91. I like the combo. I have a friend I haven't spoken to in a while that has a white over full leather Matador red interior. Very sharp. I will have to check it out when I am down there.

Does anybody know which of the Flachbau’s was unfortunate enough to be involved in this accident some years ago? Wonder if this car is still around and if the owner knows the extent of the damage.

One of the 2 Midnight blue this one has the plaid interior. I have a number of photos of this car in that state. Ironically the car is currently at Ryan Friedman motors and he showed up at my friends place trying to buy some cars, driving it. Claiming it had an S title but only due to minor damage. LOL. At least it wasn't me who posted this as a friend of mine works for him. I do admit seeing t they did a relatively decent job repairing it but still far from perfect or money spent.

I know Ryan Friedman bought the black one that Ray had along with this Midnight Blue car. The black one has been sold, but the Midnight Blue car is still there. Probably explains why they still have it.

So there is 2 that were damaged like this? I have pictures I will now need to search for of the midnight blue car which are lost in my Icloud someplace but I know the midnight blue car had equal damage. IIRC there was a red over tan that had accident damage as well.

Was the black car ever repaired?

The black one pictured on the flatbed obviously damaged VIN is a mystery…..the midnight blue with plaid interior also damaged…..as a curious side note there was also a white with plaid interior, a total of 2 US Flachbaus with plaid interior both ordered new by same owner….the white/plaid from my understanding was also damaged
