I placed the undertray back under the car this morning. This means I see no oil dropping of the engine anymore.
I think the gasket use was helpfull. So I would reccomend that if you remove the rocker shafts, putting them back WITH gasket. Saves you a 16 hour job................

The legendary post resurrected. Man I miss Arjan. His posts are one of the reasons I convinced myself I could handle 964 ownership as a DIY mechanic. Just reread this entire thread in preparation for the arrival of my 964.

Hallo,

I bought the Porsche 964 that is described in this thread.
I am very glad that Arjan treated it with his love, tenderness and devotion.
The black Porsche has now driven approx. 113.000 miles.
I hope to enjoy this beautiful car for a very long time

Regards from the Netherlands

René

Rene,

I am glad to see the car is in good hands with a fellow rennlister. Keep driving and taking care of her!
