Let me know when she’s done, I’ll get a fun run scheduled and you can bring her out and flog her in the canyons.

Wow those headers are gorgeous. Haven't seen them on Rothsports website before, so I'm guessing they're a pretty penny. How much work is it to re-add the heat afterwards?

I've never felt a desirer to ask what an high-class-**** production cost until coming across your pics. total P ****... Please share your estimated figure of your drivetrain/chassis build cost - if able . Never mind the cost of the beautiful 964 or cosmetic repairs... Any thoughts on a more cheap build similar in nature?

So when the motor went back in shop pressure tested the fuel lines before assembling and starting (yeah good thing right?) and well... 2 of the 3 or whatever the number is were leaking. They had already repaired one of them in the engine bay as the rubber was cracking, used an XRP connector I think its called? But when the other leak showed under pressure, needed to replace vs. just try to repair more. The ones in the engine (the 4 or 5 of those) are all newer and fine. It was the ones that run front to back. Basically, they are seeping at the rubber/plastic joints. So, in go new ones! Problem is, getting them from germany, which are still available, not terribly expensive in the scheme of porsche parts, but are on the SLOWWWW road.
Good new is interior done, and car is just about there.
Soon :-)
But bought a spyder a week ago to keep me entertained in the meantime.

Same exact thing happened with the front line ... being shipped in from Germany. The only one that wasn't changed. Delayed but worth it!
