Could be legit. Prices are all over the place. I know of a modified 3.3 that just sold for $129k so $140k for a modified 3.6T that was taken in on trade might be possible. Although they offer very little info and pictures seem to purposely avoid showing what is going on with the car.

I wouldn't trust anything about this car without a full PPI. It has a bunch of changes. Seats seem wrong color. It has RSA door cards, exhaust and who knows what else. There are a lot of these cars out there with disconnected speedos driven for thousands of extra miles but carfax will show them as low miles than they have. Not saying this is the case but the car looks rough all around. missing covers for the bumperettes. Non factory orange hose in the engine and wear on the seats seems a bit more than what i would expect from a 44k mile example.

This car looks as though it sat outside for long periods in the hot sun. The rubber tail seems dry and faded and the engine was out recently probably for a through cleaning which again leads me to believe something is amiss. But if there is nothing major and mostly cosmetic and reversible than $140k for 3.6T is worth looking at.

The seller was banned on Pelican, twice under different user names ('dinoford' and 'Porsche_fla'). He routinely posted both FS and WTB ads. Don't know of anyone who actually transacted with him.

So what kind of a paint job do you get for $260? Especially when they do a poor job taping off the stickers. Also who paints a door jamb for minor or should I say Monior damage.

If interested I would approach this as though this car has all sorts of stories and I highly doubt anything they say is truthful. But at $140k if the tub is straight and the rest checks out it might be a car worth buying cheap and bringing back to its former glory and used as a driver. I would at a minimum pull the door card on this side and see if the body numbers match the door.
