I do have an aftermarket radio so that makes sense as to why nothing is plugged into it. Thanks!

Is there a plastic trim cover on the front of your drivers seat? Basically to hide the track/power seat motors etc. I have one on my passenger side but not drivers, so I would assume it was just missing when I bought the car.

Anyone know the actual name or part number of this? I have looked all over and can't find anything.

Thanks all

AFAIK the part number is 92852176003. The number should be on the part under the other seat. It is held on by 2 screws IIRC. I believe it is NLA. I have some floating around but won't have time to look till next week.

Default Throttle body and pedal question

Hi there
I've been searching the forum for days, and have read a lot of threads about similar issues, but can anyone help with this:

When i press the gas pedal hard, The throttle body stays open. I'm afraid of driving with this issue in case i step on the pedal too hard, and the throttle sticks at wide open.
See the following clips:

Pedal movement

Throttle body movement

Is the throttle body arm movement correct, or should it have longer throw, to the point where it for some reason stops and sticks now?
Am I missing a pedal stop, or throttle body stop?

help!

Vroom... clutch, and poof! Good decision not driving it like that.

Can you provide more pics of the stops and springs on the TB?

Btw, the car is a '91 C4
The only spring on the TB is the big one on the shaft itself. Both stopping screws (with nuts) makes no contact with the arm, either when fully open or closed.
I'll get some more pics today.

I have an easy one for you guys out there.. I’m doing a tiptronic to manual conversion sometime in the near future. I have bought a 993 G50/21 6 speed gearbox and my question is: Do I need to buy manual 964 C2 driveshafts or 993 ones? Thanks in advance.

The 5 and 6 speed housings are essentially the same except for the added 6th gear in the larger nose cone so if you are installing it in a 964 buy 964 parts.
