Yes indeed, and worth every penny.

Keep bigging them up Johhny, this obviously means my rarer, lighter faster than C4 red C2 with no rebuild is worth a good few bags more than that

Some might say they are dictating the market. Tell me I'm wrong...but I'm just confused why JZM hate them - 9m - so much. The first and last time I had my car serviced there they spent 20 minutes telling me how shiite it was and that the engine will probably blow up...as soon as I mention a 9m engine build when describing my car to get a valuation they shrug me off. Go figure...
I think there is quite a lot of bitchiness in the UK Porsche fraternity. Rumours seem to abound about shady dealings and dodgy practices! Probably 90% Chinese whispers and bulls**t but I've heard a lot of things like this. I do think most vendors should stick to the point and resist spreading gossip. I also think treating customers, like you were by JZM Mark, is a bit naive in the Internet age! That said, they probably knew you were a time waster from the off Mark and just wanted you off the line in case they missed a sale!

I'm now inclined to become a professional JZM time waster. Could not believe the difference as I dropped in to RPM in cheddigton to see Ollie and Darren - surely nicer people than them don't exist?!

That cayman is epic...practically nothing left of it and what had to stay is now carbon. It must be rapid! Gen II 7GT3 stole my heart though plus it was in the fastest colour.

I know the owner of the Cayman. It was at Silverstone when we met up L964O a couple of months back. A lot of car for the right purchaser, it is to all intents and purposes brand new.

Heard a whisper of a C2 that might be for sale. See this PH thread:

Truly EPIC mileage, but this could be a cheap 964 for someone if it's in good condition!

The add for the batgain car has been removed, so may have been a scam.

Here's another one that might be of interest, high price this time rather than mileage. £183K 1992 RS:

This was amusing over on ddk.......prices of pork in April 2003......one advert for two 964rs's in viper and maritime (one being an ngt I think) both combined £75k........lol .......prices for pre ib cars in the teens or lower.......

Tell me about it. I really can't see how the white RS is £160K better than a regular C2!
