Stock engine measures 10.6 to 10.8, RS engine slightly higher, so 11.5 with stock cams is definitely pushing the envelope. My guess is that the engine would cope but you may want to consider a remap to reduce the timing rather than relying on the knock control.
If you are using a longer duration sports cam you can definitely push the comp up to 11.5 but you would not want to go any higher unless you had well designed pistons which control the burn shape of the combustion space.

Sounds like our spam filter being over-effective.
Take it as read that we will try to help you out as much as we can, however from the shopping list that you have I would think that the only solution will be to send the parts to us for the build. If you want to discuss the project call Peter in our office on +44 1925 242342 and he he can't answer all your questions ask him to root me out of the workshop (but be warned that this is a very busy month for me so I may not be immediately available - like if I'm on the dyno).

Dear Colin,
my plan was to sending my engine to your company for a complete rebuilt but when I talked to custom They told me that I have to get permission from the industry ministry When I contacted with them they told me that I could do that unless if we dont have authorized porsche service in turkey so this is not option anymore my only chance to buy the right components or to find a person who will come to istanbul and rebuilt the engine for me

Just thinking outside the box here, but couldn't you "sell" your parts to a third party and then "buy" a complete engine from Colin? Even if it had to have a different serial number on the engine. I get that it's a pain any way you look at it, however with the amount of money you'll have invested in this project I'd make every effort to have an industry expert get the job done.
