964sepp, you will not be able to use the headers with any other setup since there designed to only bolt up to our proprietary muffler setup. But If you are doing a custom setup and just want to do the headers, it will be $1650 for the Headers with heat and $1450 for headers without heat. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks

Yo guys, forget the heat! I had Joe's headers and straight pipes with no mufflers on my 997S. Hang on! Above 4,000 rpms it's motorcycle pull.

Is it not true that you lose torque running straights, bc of loss of backpressure???

I couldnt really tell a difference, but I can tell you its loud as hell with straights, I loved it

On a 964, how do you deal with the dual 02 Sensors? The 964 only uses 1 normally located by the Cat convertor.

Does anybody have photos of this system installed on a 964, 911 or 993? Any photos of the heater box version?

How close does the header get to the tire?

Thanks!

Not necessarily.

On the Fabspeed header setup, we installed the O2 sensor in the 1-2-3 header bank and ignore the 4-5-6 bank (although we verifyed on the dyno the 4-5-6 bank). I thought I had some photos of Mark's car, but cannot find them at the moment.

I emailed them asking the same question... one sensor to one of the headers is enough... headers come ready to accept the sensor...

Alright guys, depending on many buyers want to do this, I can put together a goup buy with a discount for 4-5 buyers or if you can gather up 10 or more, I can make the discount even greater. Please PM with information on how many buyers want to do this and I will let you know what the price will be.
Thanks

Hello Alex,

Do you have any photos of the air-box version installed on a 964?

Is this setup going to be louder than your cat bypass, with Maxflo Single / Dual Outlet exhaust?

Thank you!

I can tell you that this system is quieter than the Fabspeed cat bypass and single / dual outlet exhast. The single/dual outlet has a drone at 2500rpm which can be annoying, the header system and muffler does not have this.

Hi Doug, the picture of the kit installed on a 911 is attached below. It sounds great and the other members say it sounds quieter then our Maxfo muffler and catbypass setup. It will sound a bit different and quieter since the muffler that is used on the Header Muffler kit is different then our single inlet Maxflo Muffler.
Thanks
