Headlight Relay Kit: plug-and-play no-cut integrated w/Central Electric... interest?

Rus- I'm an electrical dim Whit. And as such have had a plug and play relay kit sitting on my shelf for years waiting to be installed.
That "plug and play" kit looks way more complicated than your kit. And the end result would have been way messier.
This is very cool. I'm in. Let me know what to do. Can't wait to install this...i have felt a little heat on the wires with my h4 after long use of the high beams...we should all have this installed.
Why Porsche didn't use a relay in the first place is beyond me. Anyway, well done. I'm impressed. Can't wait to get it.

I had an earlier design that used a micro fuse and relay block adjacent to the battery. Elegance, invisibility and minimizing frunk-damagable components won out. I'd guess difference in voltage is splitting hairs.

PM me your email/mailing addresses and I'll add you to the list! Today I'm ordering parts for the first two dozen which are nearly spoken for.

Great job! I’m not a h4 user, but happy to see someone make such a nice kit. The US h5 bulbs might benefit from a direct connection. I’ll try to remember to measure the current drop on mine sometime.
Please pm me the details on your label maker Or share here if it isn’t too much noise.

Thanks! The way the kit is made is H4/H5 agnostic... until you crimp on the H4 connector. If you crimp on an H5 connector you can change over in the future. As mentioned, if you are thinking of going H4 my kit comes with the H4 connectors, saving you about thirty bucks on the adapter.
Label maker is a Dymo Rhino 4200. The no name Chinese refills work just fine.

Rus, the other residents of the State of Connecticut thank you for adding to the industrial track record of our beloved state.
As with everything you touch, the quality looks superb, and dare I say it, OEM?
As you know, I don’t have a 964 so all I can offer is my compliments.

Kind words John, thanks. You are welcome to come by anytime for wiring help on the 924s (or SC for that matter). I have a great abundance of quality terminals and tools now and eager to share.

Any chance of including wires for city lights in the kits?
