Very cool Ralph. The H4's I bought (Marelli brand, from FCP Euro) came with the city lights but I decided not to go any deeper into the wiring and activate them. Hats off for making it happen.

Sorry about my lack of electrical knowledge, but I am installing 9Eleven headlights and they are plug-n-play with the stock H5 harness. Would this benefit me in any way?

Are those LEDs? if so I'd probably just press with that plan and not bother with relays. They certainly don't hurt but I personally wouldn't be going to the trouble.

Also - lets get some details on that E30! I sold mine to buy my 964, which came to me by dumb luck I wasn't really in the market. I was negotiating on an "Italian M3" aka 320is from Portugal. Love those cars.

Thanks for the info. Yes, they are LED.

Ahhhh, the e30. Everything is done on the car aside from the brakes. I am not getting enough braking power which makes the car unsafe to drive at speed. I am looking into bigger brake options.

I am a sucker when it comes to late 80's to early 2000's German cars.

Cool. Since the cars and motors are reasonably priced I'd debated commissioning a swap but never got there either. Still I enjoyed the stock M20 very much. Rebuilt it with a chip and extremely light flywheel, gorgeous motor.

Yeah, my main reason for the engine swap is I lost compression in the stock engine at 175k miles. I had a young, local come do a compression test and give me a quote on installing another engine. He said, "let's do a V8". He didn't have to twist my arm very far. He charged me $1k for the swap and all of the fabricating that needed done. He has the car back now deciding on this brake thing.

Smoking deal. Will be a deeply frightening car when you get it on the road!

Slight update. No install yet, ordered the tool from this site, however a month later and it still has not arrived. Looking back it says 10-15 business day lead, so I'm hopeful it shows up soon. I'd definitely advise from sourcing from one of the other places that sells it though.

Hi all - I've gotten a few inquiries about my kit. I'm presently sold out and don't have immediate plans to re stock but if I get commitments from a few more I'm happy to do so.

best,
Rus

Any kits ready to ship? I am needing 1-2 kits for cars!

Thanks
Brian
