Hey Shawn is the 5th injector going to run under boost or all the time?..........the reason I ask is because of the placement, looks like it is possible that fuel may end up going through the turbo and intercooler. that could be a potential problem for the turbo down the road. what do think?

This exhaust will only be on for a short bit then changed out. Everything will be stainless on the final 3" exhaust.

reason being that when you put it on, you can just slide it right in the studs instead of bolts moving. and you wont need to try and get a spanner in there to hold the bolts and do up the nuts.
Shawn, what is that welded onto your intercooler pipe?

Gee i forgot all about it. For some reason i was expecting an injector just sitting there but i just realised it needs to be connected to a fuel source and it has to be secured.
Should look at larger IC pipes. the stock ones are sort of restrictive and can cause turbulence which isn't really good.

I plan to find out how restrictive. I will be doing back-to-back dynos. If fact I plan on hitting the dyno just about every Thursday for a while as it is cheap ($50) to determine the effectiveness of several mods, 3" exhaust, NA cam, big cam, IC pipes, intake, FRF headers, and intercooler. Should make for a fun summer.

Well, wanted to try to start the motor today but my radiator is leaking at the seals. I guess the seals can dry out after sitting. I have bought another radiator that will be here Tuesday.

That is exactly what happen to me .... My radiator looked mint ... but the seals must have dried out ....
I was lucky enough to get a Griffin on the Group buy and it is great..
The best part was being able to put a petcock in the drain area ...

Ha I did the same drain tap with mine Eddie. Works great to when you have to mess with the thermostat.
Looking great Shawn!
