I have a pdf article from a while back of someone test driving a prototype 951 before it got detuned. From his test drives on the autobahn and runs with a Ferrari 512, which the 951 crushed, he said it felt waaaayyyyy more than the eventual 250hp.

I agree that if the partition is done well for a cone filter, most of the (cool) air would probably suck through the hole rather than flow all around the coolant tank, but I don't think that anyone has done any any pressure tests for that scenario. If I did a cone filter I would build a box for it and draw air only from the hole in the fender though.

The freeway you took to my house is so smooth and no sharp turns. it's bacicaly straight, even going on to werribee south (further down) it's just as smooth.
i've seen this a few times. now it just needs a divider to block all the hot engine bay air.

My attempt at replicating 968 turbo s box. Throttle response seems better, and the engine runs noticeably smoother and the price is definitely right. thanks Travis from Rennbay!

I was hoping it would have come in less money. For that price it would drop on my "to do" list.

When I dyno my car I will measure the difference with and without the box, but I bet it is not that much difference once I altered mine.
